中國碳稅研究進展

摘要：隨著全球變暖的加劇，作為主要溫室氣體的CO2，如何減少其排放量成為各國共同

面臨的問題。許多經濟學傢提出，通過對生產中使用的燃料的含碳量來征收碳稅，從而實現溫室氣體減排。但是，征收碳稅在起到減排作用的同時，也會給一個國傢的經濟帶來負面影響。作為發展中國傢，但其碳排放量僅次於美國的中國，是否應該征收碳稅成為一個研究的熱點。到目前為止，關於中國碳稅的研究已經不少，很多學者用不同的模型對中國征收碳稅的可行性進行瞭研究。在總結前人研究的基礎上，本文對碳稅的由來、發展情況和關於中國碳稅的研究進行瞭綜述，並對中國碳稅的實施研究提出瞭展望。 關鍵詞：碳稅；碳減排；研究模型；經濟影響
