摘要 勞動合同解除是我國目前勞動爭議發生最集中的一個問題，也是社會所關註的熱點和焦點問題。“世界那麼大，我想去看看”作為史上最具有情懷的辭職信涉及到勞動法律幾個方面的問題，如勞動法的適用范圍、勞動合同解除方式的選擇、經濟補償金的支付和勞動者解除勞動合同給用人單位造成損失應該承擔的賠償責任等。本文即是根據該辭職信從以上四個方面進行瞭分析，並提出瞭勞動者解除勞動合同時應註意的問題。
