Dear Sir or Madam,

It's a great pleasure to apply for a project to help the children in poor areas. My name is Li Hua, aged 16. I'm a senior three student from Ming Qi Middle School. I'm willing to help others whenever possible. I am determined to help the children the moment I saw their poor conditions on the internet and TV. There exist various ways to help the children in poor areas. However, what impressed me most is that most of the children even don't have an English-Chinese dictionary. Therefore, I intend to make one student have one dictionary by launching my project.
