摘要：作為一個較為特殊的社會群體，農民工權益的保障成為社會轉型時期研究的熱點，其中農民工勞動權的享有與實現是農民工權益保障的基礎。勞動權是公民的一項重要人權，但是在現實中，農民工的合法勞動權益並沒有得到充分的保障，農民工勞動權益受損的現實情況令人擔憂。本文在分析我國農民工勞動權益保障中存在的主要問題及其存在問題原因的基礎上提出完善農民工勞動權益法律保障的構想。

Abstract: As a more specific social groups, protection of the interests of peasant workers to become a hot research social transition, including the enjoyment and realization of peasant workers' labor rights as the basis for the protection of peasant workers. The labor rights is an important human rights of citizens, but in reality, due to the existence o
