春節

Of all the traditional Chinese festivals, the Spring Festival is my favorite.

I usually celebrate it with my family. During the holiday, my whole family gets together. We watch the Spring Festival Gala on TV and eat delicious food. We play cards, chat and enjoy being around with each other.

On New Year’s Eve, As soon as the clock strikes twelve, thousands of fireworks burst up into the sky that suddenly becomes bright and everyone cheers. When the streets are filled with warm light and the air of happiness, you will feel the magic of the festival.

In a word, the Spring Festival gives me a chance to feel the beauty of our culture and embrace the traditional customs. I truly love it!
