Helping others has always been a virtue in traditional Chinese culture. But what's strange nowadays is that people dare not show their helping hands to those in need. I would like to elaborate my views on this issue. 樂於助人在中國傳統文化中一直是一種美德。

可是很奇怪的是，現在的人都不敢伸出援手去幫助那些需要幫助的人

Firstly, I think people's moral sense has degraded. When egoism gains the upper hand, many people find it growingly hard to help others. Secondly, there is no denying that some tragic events turn out to be traps by people with evil intentions. So common people are becoming more risk-conscious and are more wary of traps and deceits.

首先，我認為人們的道德意識已經退化。當利己主義獲得瞭上風，許多人覺得越來越難去幫助別人。其次，毫無疑問一些不幸的事件結果證明是有著不良目的的陷阱。因此，老百姓變得越來越有危機意識而陷阱和騙局也變得越來越謹慎。In general, I contend the idea that we should be warm-hearted and offer help as well as look out for potential hazards so as not to be deceived. 總的來說，我主張應該熱心腸，我認為我們應該熱心提供幫助同時也留心潛在危險，以免被騙。
