How to Protect Our Eyes

Eyes are the windows of the soul.We use eyes to enjoy this beautiful world.Without eyes,we can’t see the colorful world but darkness.

Now we can find many students wearing glasses.They can’t see the blackboard clearly,because they don’t use their eyes properly.Eyes are so important for us,so we must protect them.We’d better not read in the sun or in bed.When we read or study,please keep 20cm between our eyes and books.We shouldn’t keep our eyes working for a long time.And we should remember to do eye-exercises every day.In addition,we should eat more fruit and vegetables.

Keep our eyes healthy and our life will be more wonderful.
