My Hometown

My hometown Qichun is a little county of Huhei Province, which is located south of Dabie Mountain,alongside the Yangtze River. There are about one million people living in this developing and civilized county,you can not fail to feel the vitality and prosperity of this place.

The earliest known founding of Qichun was in 201 BC. So there are many famous people in the long history. Such as the famous herbalist Li Shizhen, who was born and lived in Qizhou town, on the southern edge of my hometown.He wrote the compendium of Materia Medica which has been held in high esteem since it was first published .In particular, Qichun four treasures recorded in compendium of Materia Medica are Agkistrodon acutus, Mossback tortoise, Artemisia argyi and Flute bamboo which have a special effect in medicine.In turn, Qichun is a major center of the herbal industry in China.In
